ChannelFix deleted the video just 10minutes ago from youtube for some reason. He's got a lot of likes and dislikes as well which is agreeable coz we Filipinos are so protective and so United that when one says sumthing about Philippines, even sumthing about Jessica Sanchez of AI or Charice P, and its comin from a White Ass, we swarm them and sting them. I agree with Jimmy though on most areas. But if he' so pissed about all these why the hell is he still here? 3 and a half years of working and working for what? A multi-national Filipino company, I bet! So ironic!Come on! where's his logic on that..He's got a lot to complain,that's given. We have a lot to complain as well, from the election of SK up to the Supreme Court, and the wang-wangs in EDSA and shitstreets..His challenge now is that, if he's got the balls to complain and upload it in you tube, he should have all the balls to talk to the local government and offer them his plan to help resolve issues like the 20 reasons he dislike PI. Maybe We can work with him in making our country better (?). The rule of the thumb is, whenever one Complains, he's compelled to do something about it to make the situation better. If he aint got balls to do it, he better go back to America. But dont think he can get a better job in his country that can make him stick with it for 3yrs though. That's prolly the reason why his here in the Philippines in the first place..

I've got enough for today. Now i got 2 truths and a clouded belief. So this is the price of being a Filipino?  I had to  reach this stage in life to finally realize that everything was nothing but some oligarchs' propaganda on both sides. Thanks to the powerpoint generated presentation and the moviemakers.Really got me.

We are bound to believe because we we're made ignorant all these years. Every page in the Philippine history is filled with countless stories  about shady heroes sensationalized by lines such as " he died to protect the poor". That's since grade school until even college with Rizal's works and life. Should we blame our history teacher then for not researching for other facts? 

I remember my Civics and Culture books. These books mentioned Rizal all the time, never about Luna, about Balagtas about Hukbalahap.  These books were  published by Vibal who happens to be a very wealthy family with real estate business, finance and stock market investment. The Vibals were friends of Marcos and the Cojuangco-Aquino. "Lahat ng oligarkiya nagkakaisa."   

The Mass Media is making up something  superfluous cover-ups to their Master's benefit. So the "POOR FILIPINOS"  were never the Master of their Presidents then, not Pnoy's,  not Marcos', not GMA's. 

At least its clear that the PRESIDENTIAL POSITION and all these titled shits in the government is the "MASTER OF ALL MASTERS." This spot created a fiendish hunger  to every ambitious mongrels in the toxic city.  We are living in too many lies. Up until today we have to endure  the ignominy. 

All these hubbubs made me remember of  China's Tiananmen Square Massacre. Their  idea was copied from the famous and celebrated  People Power for their liberalization and economic reform. Students and other intellectual people joined . But after  weeks  of starvation and protest, they were sent to their grave by the armies who open fired ( You see, even before the pirated dvd's and disposable phones, China is one hell of a copycat ).

That's  not where I am heading. My  feeling of being proud  to  show my color  WAS intense. The blazing red, the delightful and joyful yellow,the brave and dependable blue.  With Rizal as your National Hero, and Boy Abunda as the Pambansang Spokesperson ng mga Matatalinong Bakla, who wouldn't. But with a cornucopia  of stories to degrade the nations pride and proud stature, I had yet to think if its worth it.  But yes, China thought it would be a success but failed. Pinoys did it with  flying colors and hail marys. The idea was after all made in the Philippines, so it worked only in the Philippines. 

There was/is  unity although people were/are hungry. There was/is  bravery although men were/are dying for injustice.  But the appalling stories about the hidden side of history  is degrading and almost if not all of us, felt  destitute about it.

Well what can you say? Everything is possible now. Like the Al Pacino  movie 'SIMONE."  He made people believe until the story ends that the famous star SIMONE is a real human being with god given skillsets.  After all  this is the new age of technology where Plants declare war vs Zombies. Where Birds when angry can throw something at you, literally bigger than them. You can twist a text much more the History of a nation with a few slides of stories, a few 3d generated characters, some borrowed stories from grumps and grannys all put together to form a hypothesis.  I guess im gonna have to stop reading old history books and start reading Reader's Digest again, at least the stories are from real people in the real world.

Reason why I love to write about politics and corruption, about the economic struggles of small people? Because my BOSS  gave me the ability to understand  the events and the status of the society. I may have the most grade school terms compared to some writers but I wont feel small about it.

For what's goin' on, i'ts not mere accusation. Any issues we've had with our government are all factual supported by numerous pages of Philipppine History. Nobody leaves the presidential position empty handed. Every President who leaves the position gets twice richer. It would be a lame excuse even for Ramon Magsaysay to say he never used a single centavo from his countrymen for personal reason.

Its not a question about being pro or anti ad, much more a question of who's poor and uneducated. I leave by the saying QUID PRO QUO. Something for something. Reality check? We can never love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something We love or hate about ourselves.

We hate whoever is running the government. We hate what's going on with the society. But we have to be sorry for ourselves because we are so ignorant not to see the signs these trapos we're showing during those times they kept on raining the nation with promises. So its all because of YOU, ME, and US.....

We know what's going on and we know there is something wrong with ourselves as well as our society,  well if somebody doesnt, he must be dead and still doesnt know he is. What we just need is to stand up for what is right which will benefit not just you or me but everybody.

We've been trying to put up a good fight, you and me. But we are all small voices and ours are just whispers for them. If we quit, then nobody will fight. If we continue, we need to search the page and gather all players we could gather to win the battle. There are a lot out there as well willing to be heard but hindered by fear. Aghast by the bullying of some men in Tuxedo.

Im not being righteous by saying this. Its never an intention for to make a Union out of these people who want to be heard and me. Im just searching for some souls out there whose got the same purpose as mine. It starts with a single step, and Im gonna do my part the way I intended it to be that not even any future President can question me.

RANDOM THOUGHTS

One by one the cracked pieces of the person I once was were being replaced by the sound pieces of the person I am now and would soon to be.

There were times when I think of the past or The Yesterdays as a good thing,that the lose of each piece however cracked it might be, seemed like a li'l bit of a death for me.

I'll try even harder to live by the fact that things always seemed to change and the change are seldom pleasant.

True, its a pissing job living a life full of it and what's more pissing is that every changes there is, you're like entering a damn foreign land with all these unfamiliar regulations that you'r givin so li'l time to comprehend.You will always be held responsible,nobody else, not even your doppelgänger.

Life makes the policy, youre just there to, at least enforce it, or you can reroute thru the LA turnpikes...all the more complicated so Blessed be life!

But now Im too tired to think of those bitter-sweet days,the changes ive been through....the more I count it the more it gets tiring....

I will live my life the way ive always wanted it to be,for me and for the people I love.Time is movin and its movin too fast.I will forever be under the impression that the world will come to an end anytime,and in any way...so Ill think about whats good for the time being and give it my best shot...always.

I love summer downpours,rainy PI and the white Nordic nights of December.I love greens and mountains rather than salty sea air...
The smell of paint or sawdust makes me really happy like the smell of a freshly cut grass along the highway.....

I love the sight of deep greens and blues but afraid of silent water and
I envy people who can swim.

I love Mother NATURE.
I understand how SHE needs to BE cruel at times.

I love the poetry I can scribble and always feel the need to write a movie review after watching a class A movie or reading a novel from a brilliant author.


I am nocturnal. I think I have what's called delayed sleep phase syndrome (dsps), which means that one's natural sleeping hours are distorted. Mine are pretty consistently 11am to 4pm.



I can't stand people who are self-righteous, who flatter themselves, or who flaunt their feelings of entitlement.
I love being politically incorrect, but not just for the sake of it.
I love to be a part of an anti-adminisration rally, environmental rally,walk for a cause, but found lesser time to join my cousins and friends.Ill do it in writing.
I am not religious, and am deeply frustrated with organised religion and the manipulation of the masses.

I am a cultural person. I enjoy good theatre, songs or dance performance to its highest level, good movies, a touch of classical music , art in most forms be it contemporary or the wierdest one and well-crafted literature,poems, paperback novels not the MUSHY one...
I have a life ambition to be fluent in four languages. Progress is slow. Bad...too damn bad.
Other careers I would like:chef, currency trader,Recording artist, author, columnist, diplomat


I love tattoos and piercings....A Yakuza belief says one can never had the Yakuza print if one can not gain respect from the Oyabun.
I am my own Oyabun...I gain my own self respect....I deserve my own print.

I am slightly obsessed with office supplies. A bottle of white-out, a fresh pad of post-its and glitter ball point pens gives me a genuine thrill....hehehe....i purchased a new set of colored index cards and glitter pens actually....and some post its....

I am addicted to the news.I need to know immediately if something's going on and need a fix about every hour or so.I blame my news-addict father, uncles and my political grandfather for this.Until I DECIDED to be in CVG.Unrelated website will always be unrelated website. Goodbye news update.


My favourite drink is a skillfully made gin&tonic or my JackDaniels...id go for my redHorse for cheaper choice....


There's a lot more things to say and a lot more I could describe.But that's it for now.Ill wait for nature to give me another "amazing" finds.

I grew up in the city known as the CITY OF WHALES.

I could still recall what the city was when I was in elementary and highschool. Each new year is welcomed by the Ati-ati festival which was later changed to the Wolrd famous Dinagsa, that's according to the city's claim.
It was always a week long celebration full of color and merry activities. I remember Streetboys visiting my city for 2 consecutive years and some hot actors and actresses from MNL. And geez I even danced with the SB...something I should be proud of somehow....LoLz!

The city's year ender was also something to look forward to coz it was not only for a day but celebrated for the whole month of December. Terrace Garden Resto, as far as I know is the place to be shud u want to go dancing. Disco with Double Jam mobile? Hmm... and attendance of every party peps' a must. Those were the good ole' days......

Cadiz has its own way of celebrating life. It might not be a filthy rich city but its (WAS) progressive in its own way. Fishing being the booming business along with its dried fish industry which is what Cadiz is famous for. And what else? A li'l bit of Tourism. And some might not know it but Agriculture adds to the city's gross income.

And not to forget the little issues with some local politicians. The mockery on some infamous character behind the walls of the Hall. But, everything was under control.

Today, my city is no where to be found...its like it was wiped out of the history of Negros.A comparison to "ATLANTIS" minus its gold. What lies beneath is its doomed beauty.

Local police officers prided themselves for the LOW/ NO crime rate in the city. Why low crime rate? Thats because any crime done was never reported, will never be reported, quite a few maybe.

You could check our local BJMP. The youngest criminal in prison is 14 and the oldest? Late 20's. Amazing story to be shared. Something 1 can never be proud of. The very old are now dead or pro'ly in Munti.

Gang War usually happens ( like its normal a thing to happen ) during fridays or saturdays, as far as my survey is concerned.Im open for corrections.
And when you say gang war, it really is a war. You'd be afraid to walk down the streets coz if " them gon like you, ye'al end up in a ditch yea dig? yea brotha! welcom to the ghetto!"

I may sound overrated but yes corruption strikes like lightning and wipes out all resources in our city. My mother was one of the 166 illegally terminated employees by the infamous Ex-mayor. 3 years of no work no pay, You can just imagine the hell we've been through. 3 years after, whats left of 166 is 160 human beings still striving to survive.
2 years ago before I get to work in TP, 6 died will waiting for the compensation due for them. 166 Broken dreams. Its like a death list.

NOW....my nanay's back to work along with some of what's left with the once 166 who braved themselves to fight for survival. After numerous trips to trial court and after the most battled Election that got the current mayor to his seat, finally they're all back to the job they love.

Its been 3 terms for the current Mayor but you know, A PROMISE IS A PROMISE IS A PROMISE AND WILL FOREVER BE A PROMISE....Nothing more only less. And we are getting less and less each and every year. Typical and usual thing to expect after putting them on their throne.Need i say more?

We could only hope for a better outcome.

LEAD THEM NOT INTO THE UPCOMING TEMPTATION AS THEY ARE ALREADY TEMPTED.....AND DELIVER US FROM EVIL.....

CHANGE AND OFFICE POLITICS

I'VE COME TO REALIZE THAT NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY TO PLEASE A PERSON, IT IS NOT

ENOUGH. IN MY CASE, THE ONLY PERSON I WAS ABLE TO PLEASE AT THE SAME TIME DISPLEASED IS MY FATHER AND MOTHER. THEN ME MYSELF AND I.

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN ONCE SAID, THERE'S ONLY 2 THINGS  INEVITABLE TO LIFE. DEATH AND TAXES. BUT I'D LIKE TO ADD 1 MORE. CHANGE.

CHANGE   IS  HAPPENING FASTER THAN ANYTHING IN HUMAN HISTORY. WE ARE CAUGHT UP IN A SWIRLING PERPETUAL MOTION THAT WE CAN NEVER AVOID. 

 DURING MY FIRST INTERVIEW FOR A CALL CENTER JOB, I WAS ASKED HOW WILL I DEAL WITH CHANGE.   I HAD A HARD TIME ANSWERING IT, MAINLY COZ I NEVER THOUGHT OF THE MOST BASIC.

AS I GROW MORE MATURE IN THE BPO INDUSTRY,WITH ALL ITS COMPLEXITY AND PERVERSE ENVIRONMENT, I COME TO REALIZE. EVERYTHING HAS TO START WITHACCEPTANCE. ANYTHING AT ALL HAS TO, OR ONE  CAN NEVER LEARN TO MOVE ON.

HOW TO DO IT? SIMPLE.  NEVER ALLOW THAT CHANGE TO FRUSTRATE YOU. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. IVE NEVER HAD A DEEP THINKIN ABOUT IT UNTIL ANOTHER INTERVIEW CAME. I HAD TO GET MYSELF PREPARED BEFORE THAT AND WENT OVER THE QUESTIONS I COULD REMEMBER AS FAR AS MY FIRST INTERVIEW.

THERE ARE CHANGES THAT'S JUST NOT RIGHT.QUESTIONABLE CHANGES THAT MAKES YOU AWAKE THE ENTIRE NIGHT. MAKES YOU LIST DOWN THE "WHAT IFS" AND "I SHOUDL'VE."  THE CHANGES THAT YOU WANTED TO QUESTION BUT DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO.WHY AND HOW CAN THAT BE? MAYBE JUST LEAVING IT AS IT IS WOULD SAVE YOUR ASS.  OR IF YOUR GONNA ACT AS IF YOU DONT KNOW THE PROBLEM THEN YOU'RE INNOCENT. WHAT IF YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM AND  YOU JUST DONT KNOW THE SOLUTION, WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE YOU? BEING IGNORANT? BUT HERE'S THE CATCH, WHAT IF YOU  KNOW BOTH THE PROBLEM AND THE SOLUTION AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT? ARE YOU THEN THE "CRIMINAL?"

LET ME PUT THIS ONE IN A MORE REALISTIC PICTURE.

IVE COME TO REALIZE THAT ANYWHERE YOU GO, WHATEVER YOUR JOB WOULD BE, ONE COMMON PROBLEM IS OFFICE POLITICS. WHICH AS OFTEN AS ALWAYS, COULD BROUGHT A CHANGE THAT NOT ALL CAN UNDERSTAND. THE RACE TO CLIMB THE CORPORATE LADDER INTENSIFIES AND THE CLASSIC RAT RACE MENTALITY DEVELOPS. IN SOME CASE I MIGHT SAY THE "OP" IS PERSONALLY HARMLESS AND JUST A PART OF THE "SWIRLING PERPERTUAL MOTION" OF

TRYING TO GET AHEAD. AND GETTING AHEAD IS NOT AT ALL BAD AS LONG AS ITS GIVING YOU THE GOOD STRESS INSTEAD OF THE BAD AND YOUR NOT HURTING ANYBODY BY BEING FAIR AND SQUARE.

I HAD A QUICK CHAT YESTERDAY WITH A FRIEND OF MINE WHOSE AN ACTIVIST . OUR TOPIC

WAS ABOUT OP, MAINLY COZ HE'S GOT THE SAME ISSUE AND HE SHARED A FEW POINTS ABOUT IT.

IM POSTING IT BELOW ALONG WITH MY REACTIONS ON EACH POINTS.

I reacted:   give Juan what's due for Juan.minus the tax.

3.PUBLICIZE PERFORMANCE DATA

I reacted:  all this horrible bosses would say their doors are open, but when u knock, they seldom got time for you.

4. REVEAL THE REASONS FOR DECISIONS

I reacted: yea! no need to sugarcoat. if its sour then its vinegar. reality of life.

5. OPENLY CONSIDER ALL GOOD IDEAS.

I reacted: highlighted word CONSIDER. not just listen and disregard

6.SHUN DEAL MAKING

I reacted:  they should'nt use chiness words.

7.DO NOT ENTER INTO SECRET DEALS

I reacted: the government has it. it is allowed.what the hell!

MAYBE IT MAKE SENSE. MAYBE NOT.HOW ITS GONNA WORK DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHOSE GONNA REACT. SO WHATEVER  CHANGE THAT'S GONNA COME YOUR WAY, EVEN HOW DIREFUL THE OFFICE POLITICS IS IN YOUR JOB, JUST HOPE THAT ITS GOING TO BRING UNITY NOT DIVERSITY.
